Didn't someone have a book of WA/OR drives? I know there are a pile of good ones in OR, but most all of them are mountain pass laden and not open yet :)

How about we go to Pendleton and do the underground tour (really interesting!)b, have lunch and then take the back way home. Figure an hour to Pendleton, an hour for lunch, 90 minutes for the tour and about 21/2 hours coming home. Total time: about 6 hours. I guess it would be an all day trip. Let me know what you think!
